Cancellation Policy - AI Animal Feed

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions purchased through AI Animal Feed.

1. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel an eligible recurring subscription at any time through the Billing or Subscription section of your account.

If you cannot access the cancellation option, email support@aianimalfeed.com.

2. What Happens After Cancellation?

Your subscription will be marked for cancellation.
Future automatic renewals will be stopped.
You will normally continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the remaining portion of the current billing period.

Example: If you purchase a monthly plan on June 1 and cancel on June 15, the subscription normally remains active until the end of the current paid period, but it will not renew for another month.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Eligible monthly Feed Formulation, Farm Manager, or Veterinary System subscriptions can be canceled before the next renewal date. No further recurring monthly payment should be charged when cancellation is completed before the applicable renewal is processed.

4. Three-Month Subscriptions

Three-month plans can be canceled to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically end access immediately; you generally retain access until the end of the three-month period you purchased.

5. Free Trial Cancellation

If a product includes a 7-day free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to prevent the trial from converting into a paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, the subscription may begin automatically according to the price and billing terms shown when you started the trial.

6. Canceling Does Not Delete Your Account

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your AI Animal Feed account. Your account may remain available so you can use free features or purchase other services.

7. What Happens to Remaining Inquiries?

Eligible subscription inquiries generally remain available until the end of your current paid billing period, subject to the rules of your specific plan. Unused inquiries normally:

Have no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for a refund
Cannot be transferred to another account
Do not automatically carry over after the applicable billing period ends

8. Cancellation Due to Technical Problems

If a significant technical problem prevents you from using a paid service, contact our support team before requesting cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem and, where appropriate, may provide technical assistance, restoration of service, replacement access, or a refund under our Refund Policy.
